12+ years working at the intersection of design, product, and operations. A design advocate for powering business growth, I lead multidisciplinary teams to create beautiful multi-touchpoint product experiences that provide lasting value and delight.

My curiosity for design and the processes that support it has helped cultivate a range of experiences, backgrounds and expertise that bridges disciplines and spans industries—including finance, consumer electronics, consumer retail, CPG, technology, and more.

I spent much of my career absorbed in the digital and branding space helping clients understand their fundamental business challenges to architect a solution that meets their needs. I led teams to build world-leading digital experiences while crafting compelling narratives and storytelling.

In the last 3-4 years, I have made a professional re-focus into the world of industrial product design. A shift that has allowed me to work with fuseproject and the chance to lead multidisciplinary teams and solutions while mentoring and growing the client services team. I have led product design teams on many new, innovative, integrated product platforms and am passionate about the responsibility of designs’ role in improving people’s lives, creating value, meaning, and measurable impact.

My thirst to understand and drive efficiency helped me deliver impactful operational and design process changes for both fuseproject and our top clients as part of their larger portfolio and operational strategy.

My career has allowed me to work with amazing clients all over the world. I’ve lived and worked in Portland, Minneapolis, and San Francisco. While not a designer by trade, I’m a passionate leader of creative teams – both small and at scale - with a design-driven approach and belief in creating meaningful tribes, healthy relationships, disruptive and challenging methodologies, and approaches - and an environment that is sensitive and respectful of creative energy, inspiration, and health.

I’m also a self-described breakfast master chef, a Minnesota Vikings fan, and will never ever go sky diving.
